Metahuman means a human who is born with or is treated with superheroic abilities. Some major examples are Wildfire, who has pyrokinetic powers, Cole the Defender, who has superhuman strength, durability, agility, and stamina, and Hex, a man from the Terramension who travels into the Hexmension unharmed, being able to wield Hexals and other things typically seen as impossible by average humans. Metahumans do not have to be superheroes. There are supervillains who use their unique powers for evil, like Warprock, who can control a portal on his body and use telekinesis. They can also be antiheroes, like Element, who can turn into fire, wind, earth, or air. Or, they can simply live average lives, like Solidgold and Surface, a married couple who can turn anything into gold and control the surface of the Earth, respectively. The powers also don't have to be immense. Some people have immense luck at one specific thing, or can be abnormally good at singing, above peak vocals.
